Door Leaf and Frame:

• Steel body (galvanized sheet) – 1.0 mm thickness

• Steel frame (galvanized sheet) – 2.0 mm thickness

Decorative Surface:

• 8–12 mm decorative layer made of MDF, wood veneer, glass, or stone slab, allowing for customized wooden-style textures and finishes that maintain a traditional yet modern appearance

Core Insulation:

• Fireproof rock wool insulation with 120 kg/m³ density, providing effective thermal and fire resistance

Internal Reinforcement:

• Tubular steel frame reinforcement inside the door for enhanced durability and structural rigidity against twisting or bending

Lock Reinforcement Plate:

• Galvanized steel plate positioned behind the handle area for reinforced screw-holding and hardware stability

Hinges:

• Four heavy-duty cylindrical steel hinges, three-piece design, engineered for fire-rated and vault applications

• Connection method: Welding

Surface Preparation Before Coating

• Polishing, degreasing, and acid washing for improved surface adhesion and long-lasting coating durability

Coating and Finish

• Electrostatic powder coating, oven-cured with 80-micron uniform thickness

Seals and Hardware

Smoke Seal:

• Fire-rated intumescent smoke-seal strip, certified by the Fire Department

• I-TEK push-type panic bar system with concealed back handle (no lock) for safe and quick emergency exits

Door Closer:

• Two-speed hydraulic arm closer, made in China, equipped with dual speed adjustment screws for smooth closing in all movement phases

Plastic Caps:

• 8 decorative plastic caps covering installation holes for an elegant, seamless finish
