• 8–12 mm thick panels made of MDF, glass, stone slab, or other decorative materials based on design preference

Core Insulation:

• Fireproof rock wool insulation with 120 kg/m³ density for optimal fire and thermal resistance

Internal Reinforcement:

• Steel tubular reinforcement structure inside the door for maximum strength and resistance to bending or twisting

Lock Reinforcement Plate:

• Galvanized steel plate behind the handle installation area to enhance durability at screw mounting points

Hinges:

• Four heavy-duty cylindrical steel hinges, three-piece design, specifically for fire-rated and vault doors

• Connection method: Welding

Surface Preparation Before Coating

• Polishing, degreasing, and acid washing for improved surface adhesion and long-lasting coating performance

Coating and Finish

• Electrostatic powder coating, oven-cured with 80-micron uniform thickness

• Conveyor (rail) technology ensures even thickness and curing

Seals and Hardware

Smoke Seal:

• Intumescent smoke-seal strip certified by the Fire Department

• Expands up to 500% when exposed to high heat

Hardware:

• I-TEK push-type panic bar system with concealed back handle (no lock) for emergency exit functionality

Door Closer:

• Two-speed hydraulic arm closer, made in China, with dual adjustment screws for controlled operation

Threshold:

• Integrated steel fire- and smoke-resistant threshold

Plastic Caps:

• 8 decorative plastic caps covering installation holes for a clean, finished appearance
