Body and Frame Construction

Door Leaf:

• Made of industrial-grade galvanized steel sheet, 1.0 mm thick

• Reinforced with mechanical joint bonding for added structural integrity

Frame:

• Constructed from 1.25 mm galvanized steel sheet, fully welded for long-term durability

Internal Insulation System

• IzoCell 505 Nano-Engineered Fireproof Insulation, with advanced cellular structure

• SABIC thixotropic flame-retardant resin for enhanced thermal protection

• Internal reinforcement skeleton for maximum stability under stress

• Side reinforcement beams to prevent twisting or bending at hinge points

• Double steel plates behind the handle, lock, and hinge areas for superior fastening strength

Hinges and Joints

Surface Preparation and Coating

Before coating, each door undergoes:

• Grinding, degreasing, and acid washing for enhanced adhesion and surface life
