Door Leaf and Frame:

• Steel body (galvanized sheet) – 1.0 mm thickness

• Steel frame (galvanized sheet) – 2.0 mm thickness

Decorative Surface:

• 8–12 mm thick surface layer made of MDF, polished glass, stone slab, or other decorative finishes, providing a luxurious, mirror-like appearance

Core Insulation:

• Fireproof rock wool insulation with 120 kg/m³ density, ensuring thermal and structural fire resistance

Internal Reinforcement:

• Tubular steel reinforcement frame inside the door for increased strength and resistance against bending or warping

Lock Reinforcement Plate:

• Galvanized steel plate behind the handle mounting area for enhanced durability and screw stability

Hinges:

• Four heavy-duty cylindrical steel hinges, three-piece design, specially designed for fire-rated and vault doors

• Connection method: Welding

Surface Preparation Before Coating

• Polishing, degreasing, and acid washing for improved surface adhesion and enhanced coating durability

Coating and Finish

• Electrostatic powder coating, oven-cured with 80-micron uniform thickness

• Conveyor (rail) technology ensures even coating and uniform baking

• Color and finish fully customizable based on client preference

Seals and Hardware

Smoke Seal:

• Fire-rated intumescent smoke seal, certified by the Fire Department

• Expands up to 500% under heat exposure

Hardware:

• I-TEK push-type panic bar system with concealed back handle (no lock) for emergency exit use

Door Closer:

• Two-speed hydraulic arm closer, made in China, featuring dual adjustable screws for smooth and precise closing control

Threshold:

• Integrated steel smoke- and fire-resistant threshold

Plastic Caps:

• 8 decorative plastic caps to cover screw holes and enhance the door’s visual appeal
