Core Insulation:

• Fireproof rock wool insulation with 120 kg/m³ density for enhanced fire protection and thermal resistance

Internal Reinforcement:

• Tubular steel reinforcement frame inside the door to increase rigidity and prevent bending or torsion

Lock Reinforcement Plate:

• Galvanized steel plate behind the handle mounting area for improved strength and screw stability

Hinges:

• Four heavy-duty cylindrical steel hinges, three-piece design, made for fire-rated and vault doors

• Connection method: Welding

• Polishing, degreasing, and acid washing to increase paint adhesion and durability of coated surfaces

Coating and Finish

• Electrostatic powder coating, oven-cured with 80-micron consistent thickness

• Conveyor (rail) coating technology ensures uniform thickness and curing

Seals and Hardware

Smoke Seal:

• Intumescent smoke-seal strip, certified by the Fire Department

• Expands up to 500% when exposed to heat

Hardware:

• I-TEK push-type panic bar system with backside concealed handle (no lock) for safe and easy emergency exit

Door Closer:

• Two-speed hydraulic arm closer, made in China, featuring dual speed adjustment screws for controlled closing movement

Threshold:

• Integrated steel smoke- and fire-resistant threshold

Plastic Caps:

• 8 decorative plastic caps covering installation holes for a clean, elegant appearance
