• Integrated bonding system to enhance the door’s mechanical resistance

• Fire-retardant thixotropic resin (Sub-class formulation)

Internal Reinforcement:

• Steel frame reinforcement and side stiffeners to increase structural stability and prevent twisting or bending around hinges

• Double-layer steel plates behind the handle, panic bar, and hinges to strengthen hardware attachment points

Hinges:

• Three heavy-duty cylindrical steel hinges, three-piece design, suitable for fire-rated and vault doors

• Connection method: Welding

Surface Preparation Before Coating

• Surface polishing, degreasing, and acid washing to improve paint adhesion and durability

Coating and Finish

• Electrostatic powder coating, oven-cured with 80-micron uniform thickness

Symmetry and Installation

The NEXA Simple Cream Steel Fire Door is completely symmetrical, allowing both left-hand and right-hand installation.
It uses bi-directional hinges, locks, and handles, ensuring full compatibility for all installation orientations.
