Structure of the NEXA Simple White Steel Fire Door

Door Leaf and Frame:

• Steel body (galvanized sheet) – 1.0 mm thickness

• Steel frame (galvanized sheet) – 1.25 mm thickness

Core Insulation:

• IZOCELL nano-structured fire insulation, model 505

• Integrated bonding system to enhance mechanical strength and door stability

• Fire-retardant thixotropic resin (Sub-class formulation)

Reinforcement Structure:

• Internal steel reinforcements and side frames to increase resistance against warping and bending near hinges

• Double steel plates behind the handle, panic bar, and hinge zones for superior screw and hardware support

Hinges:

• Three heavy-duty cylindrical steel hinges, three-piece design, specially made for fire-rated and vault doors

Surface Preparation Before Coating

• Polishing, degreasing, and acid washing to enhance surface durability and paint adhesion

Symmetry and Installation

The NEXA simple white steel fire door is completely symmetrical, allowing both left-hand and right-hand installation.
It is equipped with bi-directional hinges, locks, and handles, suitable for both configurations simultaneously.
